There are five residential buildings along East 4th Street that make up our East 4th Neighborhood! These spaces each have distinct aesthetics, character and features. Our leasing team would be happy to help you find which property matches your must haves and lifestyle! Our buildings are a mix of historic and modern architecture, and the surrounding bars, venues, and restaurants are a focal point for Cleveland locals. Some of the most popular hangouts include The Butcher and the Brewer, Pickwick and Frolic, and the House of Blues, as well as many others!

Tenants will have access to our residents' only garages, secure package room and buildings, 24-hour maintenance, friendly office staff, and much more! Our parking garages are managed by the company ABM to ensure resident satisfaction. There are four garages available for a monthly charge, with options for rooftop parking, covered garage spaces, and covered tandem spots. For all the buildings on East 4^th Street, water, sewer, and trash are included and tenants are responsible for electricity only. Our buildings are cat friendly, and there is no monthly pet rent when you bring your furry friend to live with us! We would love to introduce you to our spaces and look forward to meeting you!
